The Commission received the final report from the Office of State Auditor on June 26, 2024. The full report may be accessed here. The report is the result of an annual audit of the Commission's internal financial activity. 
 Regulation 67-1602 has been amended to establish electronic payment systems as the default method of payment for temporary disability and reimbursement for expenses. The full advisory and text of the regulation may be accessed here

Tracy Riddle named SC Workers' Compensation Commission 2017 Employee of the Year

Tracy Riddle Recognized as Commission’s 2017 Employee of the Year

We are pleased to announce that Tracy S. Riddle has been recognized as the 2017 South Carolina
Workers’ Compensation Commission’s Employee of the Year. Mrs. Riddle has been employed
by the Commission since March of 2006 as an Insurance Claims Examiner II working in the
Judicial Division.


Mrs. Riddle is referred to as a “go to” employee, as she is willing and very capable in helping
anyone. She always provides consistent and resourceful service whether it’s a Senator’s office on
the phone or an injured worker walking in off the street. Mrs. Riddle provides quick, accurate
answers and has an excellent attention to detail. Her co-workers described her as always willing
to help others and responds in a kind and compassionate manner. Mrs. Riddle is a team player
and is always willing to help and focused on ways to serve the Commissions’ staff and external
constituents. Mrs. Riddle always has a smile and makes her co-workers’ day!


Mrs. Riddle is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
